Hi everyone, do you want to know how to understand the lesson about Simple Past Tense easily?

The simple past is a verb tense that is used to talk about things that happened or existed before now.
How do we know that sentences belong to Simple Past sentences?
You should know the characteristics of Simple Past that is using Verb 2 ( Past Verb).
Here are some examples :
1. I came here.
2. Grandma spider took him to a patch of soil.
3. Grandma spider went back inside the house.
4. Anansi started with his work.
5. Anansi began to plant the beans into the soil.
6. The sun shone brightly in the sun.
7. This was so refreshing.
8. Grandma spider went to the market.
9. Anansi sat at the Veranda to rest for a bit.
10. Anansi Greeted her with a big hug.
